How do I track my order?
 

A representative from LFV will email you all your shipping info that includes tracking and estimated delivery date. Customer can look up and follow the package with the tracking information.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

We have 3 options of delivery for our customers.

 

* Standard Shipping 5-7 business days.

* Express Shipping 2-3 business days.

* Customer Pick up ( Boston area ONLY) 2-3 business days.

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

Customer can return an item for exchange ONLY within 7 business days of delivery..

How can I contact your couriers?

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Currently, we do not provide international delivery.

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds . We do accept exchanges after 7 days of delivery.
